Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro as our HR and Payroll/Time & Attendance solution with all of our North American companies. We are transitioning to a paperless system. Handbooks are online. Time sheets are done electronically. Reports are automatically distributed. Managers and supervisors have access 24/7 at all of our locations. It allows our organization to grow larger while we appear to be smaller internally through the ability to access information in UltiPro.

Pros

  • Many companies have slogans that are nothing but a sales tool. When I first heard the phrase, I am the "i" in Ultimate, I thought this is just another cheap line of BS. I could not have been more wrong. UltiPro has the most engaged team of people I have ever come across. When they say I am the "i" in Ultimate, they mean it.

Cons

  • We are happy with the product.

UltiPro Reliability

I probably should rate it higher. We are a team of four working to implement many of the features in UltiPro. There is a lot available. Unfortunately, we are mainly baby boomers and a little behind the times in utilizing technology. One of the things I think UltiPro does well is provide seminars to give you new ideas and thoughts. Great Product + Great People = Great Company.
