Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

The support I have received after implementation is second to none. I have been involved in the implementation of Deltek Costpoint wiath ESS, Deltek Time Management, and RedCarpet Employee On-boarding and UltiPro support exceeds any other products I have been involved with in the past.
We just completed the implementation of UltiPro in October. The product is fabulous! It is very feature rich and user friendly. We will be implementing UTM this year and may even use the recruiting tool.
  • One system access for time management, employee access, and processing.
  • Wonderful training tools and fabulous customer service after implementation.
  • Many options for reporting from standard reports to business intelligence reports.
  • A little confusing at times when submitting cases for the Core Product versus Payment Services. Could be a little clearer on Case Submissions between the two.
  • Online training
  • Self-taught
Excellent general training. Knowledgeable trainers, great presentations, plenty of availability, Top Notch.
It does not appear to be a project based system. It may have the capabilities for project based accounting however, that is not a need we have.
