New to UltiPro and Loving It!
Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We just completed the implementation of UltiPro in October. The product is fabulous! It is very feature rich and user friendly. We will be implementing UTM this year and may even use the recruiting tool.
Pros
- One system access for time management, employee access, and processing.
- Wonderful training tools and fabulous customer service after implementation.
- Many options for reporting from standard reports to business intelligence reports.
Cons
- A little confusing at times when submitting cases for the Core Product versus Payment Services. Could be a little clearer on Case Submissions between the two.
- Online training
- Self-taught
