Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Customer service response time is very slow - always need to increase the severity of the issue before someone can respond.
UltiPro is being used throughout the company. HR and payroll use it to process/update employee data/pay. Employees use it for pay statements, company updates through the web portal and to request PTO through UTA.
  • Quick and easy employee access to their personal data.
  • Accessible from anywhere.
  • Paperless processes.
  • Customer service response time needs to improve - very slow to resolve payroll issues.
  • Provide entire payroll process actions in portal instead of Back Office - keeps everything in one portal.

Very knowledgable trainers made understanding the courses easy.
All in class training was a learning experience with great people who were dedicated to ensuring that everyone in the classroom room understood the lesson.
UltiPro is well suited because it gears to provide employees and employers comprehensive functionalities resulting in improvements of work related facts.
