Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

The several times I have had to call support, they have been knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and MOST IMPORTANT, based in the US, and therefore easy to understand and do not sound like they are "reading from a script".

I've gotten my issues resolved in a very short time, resulting in very little "down time" at work.
We currently use UltiPro in my current position at Presbyterian Senior Living to run billing reports, for benefits administration, and benefits enrollment. We also use BackOffice to manage employee records/benefits tracking. It is used across the company. I find it EXTREMELY easy to use compared to other programs I have used.

  • Can see employee info and benefit selection at a glance.
  • Easy to track payroll and attendance.
  • It would be nice if we could have more search options...for instance "search by last 4 of SSN" or by birthday.
  • Online training
  • In-person training
The Online training could be a little better and more involved. I'm a very hands on person, so the one on one training was better for me.
I was trained by my supervisor who had been using it for a very long time. She was able to show me quickly and easily how to access the areas of the program I would need, and made learning very easy.

It is appropriate for all aspects of my position. I'd never even heard of it before coming to Presbyterian Senior Living, and I must say, it has made my job MUCH easier! It takes a little while to get used to all the nuances of it, and I am sure I will continue to learn, but so far, NO COMPLAINTS!
