Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Our company uses several packages from UltiPro and hope to add more in the very near future. The software works very well for our complex organization.

Pros

  • ATS is user friendly for the HR staff and the applicants.
  • Open Enrollment is user friendly for the HR staff and the employees.
  • Salary Planning is user friendly for the HR staff and managers.
  • Performance Management is user friendly for the HR staff and management.
  • UTA is user friendly for the HR / Payroll staff and the employees.

Cons

  • Work on ensuring that the software complies with health care audit agencies like Joint Commission and other health care auditing agencies. This will ensure that we are fully meeting all of our compliance requirements when an audit is being conducted.
Nothing stands out for me at this time. However, the software options that I use on regular basis such as the ATS, Onboarding, Salary Planning, Performance Management, UTA-Payroll, BI Reporting, etc., are easy to learn and train team members on accordingly. We are also able to get the core results that we are looking for with minimal modifications when necessary. Overall, the software offerings are very user friendly and competitive with other similar products.

Some times the training process is slower than I would like and other times it is faster than I would like.
It was a great re-enforcement of what I already knew and allowed for direct support on expanding that knowledge by the instructor leading by example in a one-on-one format.

UltiPro Support

One would always like a quick response to a support request; however, that is not always the case. Working on a better response time would be a great asset to questions / concerns.
