UltiPro is wonderful!

We currently use UltiPro to manage our payroll and benefit administration as well as recruitment and talent management. All employees have access to UltiPro and use it to capture their PTO requests, complete open enrollment, access pay stubs and W2s, review performance reviews, apply internally for our open positions, and hourly employees utilize the system to capture their hours worked.
UltiPro provides us a more streamlined payroll process since all hours worked are captured in the system which allows room for less error in data entry. They also provide a weekly feed to our vendors of all employee changes that impact benefits. UltiPro also has done a wonderful job in supporting us through the ACA process. Since we utilize UltiPro for all of our payroll and benefit administration, creating 1095-Cs has become a seamless process for us. UltiPro does a great job in providing training resources via paper and webinars that are easy to access and extremely valuable.
