Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Any problems or issues encountered by our company have always been resolved in a timely fashion. The support team helps to show the resolution and explain it in an understandable manner.
UltiPro is used for various processes in the payroll and human resources departments. While the primary function is to process payrolls for our different pay groups, it is also used for generating reports that are instrumental for tax reporting, human resource functions, and safety reporting to various agencies.
  • UltiPro provides "canned" reports that most industries would find useful.
  • UltiPro's customer service is very helpful and timely when dealing with a problem or issue that may arise.
  • Additional resources pertaining to items in the "background" (ie. sequel) would be beneficial.

UltiPro's online training is helpful by providing area-specific instruction to help the user learn a specific function.
The in-person classroom training was extremely beneficial because the instructor was very knowledgeable in the subject matter. They would spend additional time with the students as needed, and were very resourceful when answering questions. I left comfortable with what I had been taught and was confident in the teacher's experience level with the subject at hand.
UltiPro is suitable for any sizable company with payroll and HR needs.
