Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

I have a very good CSM and my issues are resolved in a timely basis.
We use Ultipro as our payroll and HRIS system. It is used by our entire organization.
  • Customer service is very good. I like how they can dial in and look at your system to help resolve my issues.
  • Online webinars and resource libraries are great. I like being able to do online seminars and if I am unable to attend I can watch the webinar from the resource library.
  • Online training
  • In-person training
It was easy to follow and questions were answered quickly.
Had a great experience.
System is easy to use and customer service is very good.
