Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use UltiPro for many of our HR needs. It is our applicant tracking system, our on-boarding/orientation program, our time and attendance system, our payroll system, our benefits system, our survey platform, and our general HR system. Additionally, we will soon have the talent management piece for succession planning, performance reviews and much more.
- Payroll: Ease of processing, simplicity of getting it done. It has cut our processing time in half.
- Benefits: We are finally paperless with all of our benefits processes.
- On-boarding: We are finally paperless with most of our on-boarding processes.
- Interfaces: We began our activation with UltiPro in April 2017 and despite our best efforts internally, our interfaces with carriers (medical, dental, etc.) are still not in production. We had almost no support until October 2017 to get this done.
- Some lack of control: There are things we have to go to UltiPro to do for us versus doing ourselves, which can cause delays unnecessarily.
- UTM and Core: There is definitely a disconnect between core and UTM. This needs to be much more seamless.

We are still new and optimizing the system. We hope within 12 months to be able to determine our full ROI.
