Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used across the company globally. The system is used for payroll in our US and Canada offices. We collect employee data for the remainder of our global teams in the Asia Pacific. The ability to collect and report on employee data is immensely helpful to provide data analytics to all of our business. Ultipro makes it much easier for our US and Canada employees taking them from recruiting to when the employee leaves. It has a suite of modules that take an employee through the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Ability to report on most if not all data collected is extremely powerful.
  • Customer support from the customer support portal to its representatives are a great addition for resources.
  • Communication of new features, products and providing webinars and references is top notch.
  • Compensation module needs work with being able to add fields for the manager to view more readily such as custom fields
  • Global features such as Onboarding, recruiting, transferring an employee and updating job history are severely lacking
  • Having more custom fields to work with would be great
  • Termination Reasons that are disabled should not be options that display in the drop down when having to terminate an employee
Nice user interface, great customer service, contributing ideas that are actually used by the company developers are great.

Using UltiPro

Overall the system resolves so many use cases such as Onboarding, Recruiting and the remainder of the employee life cycle. Customer Support is great as long as they are not overloaded. Customer Account Managers are top notch.

  • Transferring Global employees is troublesome
