Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

It is being used across the whole organization. We utilize the recruiting, payroll, time management and some of the performance management module. It is easy to use and the managers like it a lot.

  • Benefit enrollment
  • Building your own report in IBM Cognos can be overwhelming
  • Wish we could a hold a job posting without having to close and ropen
  • Building the performance management has been a challenge
  • In recruiting, the ability for Indeed to scrape our job site for a posting in more than one location without having to create a separate job posting for all locations for it to work properly
  • Ability to have all of HR activities in one
  • Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
  • Security and peace of mind
I really don't like the reporting and to build a report. I wish it was easier
Always very timely and they really investigate to make sure it is meeting our needs.
In the last 2 weeks, I have had to enter 2 tickets and both were handled professionally and resolved my isses.
