It is being used across the whole organization. We utilize the recruiting, payroll, time management and some of the performance management module. It is easy to use and the managers like it a lot.

- Benefit enrollment
- Building your own report in IBM Cognos can be overwhelming
- Wish we could a hold a job posting without having to close and ropen
- Building the performance management has been a challenge
- In recruiting, the ability for Indeed to scrape our job site for a posting in more than one location without having to create a separate job posting for all locations for it to work properly
- Ability to have all of HR activities in one
- Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
