Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

At this time we use UltiPro for primarily time, attendance and report writing. This system is used most by Supervisors, Accounting and Human Resources. The system is very user-friendly to all users and can be accessed by multiple pieces of technology.
  • Payroll - the report writing makes completing payroll very simple.
  • Time Management - actual live data as well as information from the past when running reports.
  • Information Housing - so much information is housed and you can easily drag and drop to make reports.
  • Customer service- While you can call them 24/7, chat online or get your account manager to assist, sometimes it would be nice if your account manager was more helpful.

I have saved 3 days a week on payroll alone by using UltiPro. The process is completed in about 3 hours from start to finish instead of 3 days. This system is pricey, however, we're saving money by having one solution instead of paying for multiple platforms.
UltiPro has it all and the customer service is by far the best. You don't pay for upgrades, they just happen. The solution is more than easy to use.
This is s great system. Reports are literally drag and DROP! Yes, drag and drop! Integrations haven't slowed down my system at all.
Great support 24/7! Even on a Saturday or Sunday.
Every day they do this. The technical team is always there to help. They have webchat when you're in a meeting but still need to work on an issue, calling into help means talking to a REAL person. They also have a library where you can access FAQs.
Great for a one-stop solution, but with high pricing. This product has everything you're looking for and then some. They actually listen to their customer's likes and dislikes to make the solution better in the future.

Upgrading UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

Yes - The release went off without one issue. The transition hasn't change our daily business at all. We look forward to see what the merger will do for our company and were sure it will only be positive.

Yes- the system literary has a green add button. Has options on each side screen to watch video's or read articles on how to do something new.
