Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro in the HR Department, setting up employees and all of their benefits and deductions, Accounting uses UltiPro for payroll, we process all pay thru there. We do everything in house from checks to W-2s to tax recons.
  • Very user-friendly
  • Up to date tax laws
  • Payroll is very easy to understand and process
  • W-2s I would like to see the reports that we get to be based on each state's requirement.
  • Items in arrears do not always come out of the next check; we catch at the end of month recons.
  • I would like a report that shows what employees are in what state for withholding issues.

I am always looking at ways to save time so we can use our time more efficiently.
I have no issues with the slowness of the program.
It had been excellent but had three issues after the first of the year, that took a while to get response and resolution
There have been several times when support has been excellent.
We have employees that don't always have a check, and we have found some of the arrears don't always come out. I have self-taught myself and being able to do it is because UltiPro is so user-friendly
