Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends Data Center Backup and Recovery
We have been a Unitrends customer for many years and we will continue to be, hopefully for many years to come. Upgraded our Recovery 9006 appliance earlier this year and added Forever Cloud 500GB DRaaS at no additional cost. This let us reduce our cost and add functionality. We use this at our only location and works for our business needs.
- Excellent customer service.
- Easy migration.
- One free test per year.
- The occasional stalled job needing forced restarts.
- Failed backups on occasion.
- By upgrading we were able to lover our cost and get added functionality.
- Able to spin up a backup when needed.
- Hands free troubleshooting.

We have not used or tested any other products. Unitrends was already in place when I was hired. We are happy with what we have in place and do not see us making any changes other than upgrading or replacing equipment that is at end of life.
