Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance
We are currently using Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance to backup our business critical data. Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance is used only by our IT department. Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance allows us to achieve the company data recovery goals.
Pros
- Easy to configure and manage web interface.
- In my opinion Unitrends support is the best in the industry, they often know I have a failure before I do.
- Flexibility, you can also backup any data type imaginable all using the same appliance.
Cons
- The user interface evolution has been slow, and some functions require switching to the legacy interface.
- Dashboards and reports have gotten better but are still not perfect.
- With Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance we have been able to recover from two ransomware attacks and several user related file deletions.
- Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance recovery speed allows us to be up quicker.
When we purchased Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance the main competition was Data Domain, we decided on Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance because of our relationship with our reseller, ease of use, and as always pricing.
