Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance
We use Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance to backup all our environment which is mainly a VMware environment. We also archive to tapes and replicate to unitrends cloud.

- It would be nice to have replication synced live so that at any moment users can log into the cloud.

- Negative: Sometimes snapshots are not released correctly causing the server to have slow response time

Unitrends has a very good and knowledgeable support team. They are always willing to help. We selected Unitrends because of its variety/multi-tiered backup solutions. Also because of cloud options, VMware backup support and cost effectiveness. We are happy with our choice and would recommend this solution to others as well.
