Overall Satisfaction with Lightspeed Restaurant
Upserve is our main point of sale for our dinner only, seven days a week restaurant. It is used in conjunction with Restaurant 365. It is used in the owner's other restaurants as well and does a great job.
- Easy to split items onto new checks.
- Ease with applying multiple payments on one table.
- It would be nice to have the option to get an email from the primary close or payment screen.
- Having a problem printing gift card balances.
