Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

It is used within experience design team to analyse topics with users, both usability and more explorative modes. Sometimes there's a collaboration with marketing team, but usually the perimeter is product area.
  • Analysis is facilitated by tasks division, transcript, metrics view.
  • Easy to take and share clips.
  • Useful to save audience and reuse them.
  • Summary of sessions.
  • Sentiment analysis.
  • Transcript.
  • Cost savings because we were able to change / modify and adjust things before going live.
  • Conversion rates, finding interesting behaviour and needs of users.
Good support, sometimes there are issues with recruitments of users and test stop.
I'd like a quicker way to access main sections.
We were able to address some development trying to answer users needs by informing business and showing them all the insights collected.
Much better user testing.
Wonderful for qualitative tests and interviews with target customers.
Less helpful for something a bit more on quant side.
