Overall Satisfaction with UserZoom

We as a team do weekly Zoom meetings, as well as random Zoom meetings at times. It addresses the face-to-face interaction that we currently do not have since we all are in a WFH environment. I enjoy it a lot because we now have the ability to share screens so we don't have to do as much explaining about what the issue is.

It's reliable! It connects people in a time where we could not have a physical connection with others.

Well, I think that fact that you can interreact face to face is great! When my manager asks a yes or no question I can react with a yes or no vs having everyone all take at once. It's very useful and dependable and I enjoy using it. There are also backgrounds that can be downloaded and used if you are somewhere where people are visible in the background you can cancel them out with a background.
