Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft
We use it to track our leads coming in to request information for higher education programs. It helps us since the lead's information is all right in front of us and we do not have to look far for certain important information we need to help the lead. It makes things more streamlined and alot easier to manage. The feature used to result calls at the end of each call really helps us communicate to each other and just let the next rep know how the call went and what happened with the call so that we are better prepared.

It is very well suited in the role I perform at the call center. It helps keep all of the lead's information together all in one place so we can perform the most streamlined and easiest possible transition for the lead from us to the campus. There aren't any areas of least appropriateness that I can think of.
