Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

We mostly use Vantage Circle for appreciation and awards to other employees for their extra ordinary work in project or their domain field knowledge. This basically helps employees to be motivated and show their support towards each other. Due to which there is always a healthy competitive within the organisation. People often use these points in different categories for redemption. It is helpful to track all your awards which somehow helps during promotion period.

Pros

  • Appreciations and Awards somehow motivates employees to do better in their current scope of work.
  • It also helps a lot for cash-back on different brands and categories which somehow attracts for purchasing.
  • There is always a competitive environment which helps to know your ranking in awards section.
  • It helps alot during promotion process too

Cons

  • The foremost improvement required is in sending the card details which somehow takes much time, due to which offer expired.
  • Secondly there are cash-back points which are not redeemable some time and showed error for a stimulated time.
  • Vantage Circle page needs to open again and again, as it shows error on some browser

  • Positive point is people work extra for hours to have some good vantage points for redemption.
  • Other good point is people can nominate in both cases - with point and without points too so that band issue is not there.
  • Negative point is people take it for granted and asked their colleague to send extra as they have good limit of bucket.

It is well suited for scenario like Appreciations and Awards to motivates employees, attracts for purchasing different brands shopping and household items, helps to know your ranking in awards section which stands out from the crowd individually and exclusive discounts on hundreds of leading brands and services.
It is less appropriate for sending the card details which we redeemed due to which somehow takes much time to deliver, shows error while loading opening on different browser.
