Amazing Platform for Employee Rewards and Recognition
Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
Vantage Circle is mainly used as a Reward and Recognition platform to Employees in my organisation. The manager of the employee can easily allocate Vantage Points to his reportees based on the employee's performance for a quarter or even a smaller period of time. The process is very quick and easy. The employees are instantly rewarded which encourages the person to perform better.

- Can be made more user friendly
- More options can be given to the user to obtain reward points

- Vantage Points are very desireable
My previous employer used to reward employees by providing payback points but it was not very useful at all. I had a lot of points but on redemption they had little or no value. Also we could use it for a very limited products and services.
