Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Vasion Print as our print management for all of our printers all over the world. It addresses our need to manage multiple printer servers and printer queues. It's great to manage everything from one location with the ease of use. It's also users friendly so we don't need to hand hold users to add printers.

Usability

It's been a great product to use from the start. The self-service of printer installation has made it easy for the end users, which reduced the need for Service Desk interaction. The floor plan helps the end users to locate the desire printers from all locations. It has been easy for our IT department to manage all printers from one console.

Print Management Impact

As mentioned before, Vasion Print has been great from the start. Reducing our print management infrastructure has been very helpful to the IT department. Having a single console to manage all of our printers have save us time and resources. The product has been so easy for the end users that it has reduced the number of tickets for our Service Desk.

We have locations all over the world so having Vasion Print replace the need for some many print servers. It makes it easier to manage from one site to manage all of our printers. We were also able to manage specific printers for specific departments. I don't really have any bad to say.
