We purchased Vasion Print to mitigate the Windows PrintNightmare CVE. It has been extremely helpful for cloud printer and driver management.
Customer support is good and is easy to integrate
for a variety of printers. We use Vasion Print every day and supports all
features needed from our MFPs, plotters, and other general printers.

Print Nightmare needed to be mitigated as soon as possible in our environment. Vasion Print successfully eliminated the Print Nightmare issue from our environment while streamlining our at-the-time rocky printer deployments. The self-service printing has dramatically helped our help desk with their turnaround times on printer related tickets and helped management of loose printers.
