Had a need for a template build out a year after implementation. Needed this built in 2 weeks while I worked on something else. Using expert hours, the vena team delivered and we forecasted a brand new sales model within 2 weeks' time from data load to reporting. Support post implementation has been great and proved its value.
We constantly change routes, so customers move between locations, and budgets from 6 months ago are no longer accurate at the lowest level. With the API to our ERP, we can easily run a forecast that captures all customer movement and re-align budgets.
NetSuite ERP wasn't as customizable as it was web-based, the Excel based platform really allows for agile template changes as needs change.
