Overall Satisfaction with Vena
Used by the acct. department to quickly access files and tasks. The task list is very helpful. I mostly use it for keeping track of deadlines and knowing what comes next after a task. Vena also comes with a tab for instructions which provides a little more direction to completing tasks along with SOPs in the excel file. Syncing and downloading to and from Vena can take some time. Vena helps address the problem of managers having to find all the files in the folders and allows everything to be easily accessible by due date.
- Task list
- listing out tasks and who is doing it
- check in files
- UI is clunky
- Downloading files takes long
- ability to communicate

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Vena again?
Yes
- Freed time to work on tasks
- Money saved since employees can work more
- Knowing who to go to for questions makes efficiency go up
I did not buy the program and I was not involved in the process of buying so I cannot answer this question.
All files needed are quick and easy to find so managers and employees can make faster decisions. If there are things that need to be done an employee can quickly choose which task is more important and finish that one faster. Additionally, since the files needed for a task can be found all in the same task section, it takes the searching time out of the equation. Managers are presented with all the files they need.
I have only used Vena so I cannot say how it compares to others. I have heard from colleagues that other programs like Vena do not have a task list and I cannot imagine not having a task list. I was not involved in the process of selecting Vena so I cannot say why it was selected.
