Overall Satisfaction with Vena
Vena is used for Financial reporting, linked to to ERP
- Easy reporting
- Drill Down capabilities
- Separating Departments
- The setup - the product needs to be set up properly to gain full functionality
- Hierarchy isn't always conducive to company hierarchies
- It would be nice to be able to drill down into the ERP detail

- It takes a dedicated resource
- Its structure can be hard at times to match our company hierarchies
I am not in a role that deals wit this aspect of the system - we have a dedicated resource that takes this responisbility
