Vena experts have continued to support the organization with their guidance and assistance in the development of financial statements. Their role was crucial in developing the initial data cube that would be used to map the dimensions of all the data that would be imported to Vena to transform into financial reports. After this crucial step, Vena experts have still been available to further assist in new developments.
Vena has enabled our organization to use financial data to be more agile and efficient through its ability to control data read and write access to specific users. By limiting users to reading and writing only certain data, users are not distracted massive financial information that may not be relevant to them. Thus, making they're experiencing less overwhelming and easier to understand a financial document easier.
The experience between Vena and Microsoft Power BI is quite different. Vena masters in operating through designed templates that need to be downloaded and viewed. As far as Microsoft Power BI is more dashboard oriented in its presentation. Both have their advantages in their designs, but Vena stands out in its ability to have user contributions to the data.
