Overall Satisfaction with Vena
Vena is being used as an FP&A solution, consuming accounting ledger and other ad hoc KPI data to produce various pieces of consistent management information packs / decks and other pieces of analysis. Such outputs/models input: 1. MTP / Budgeting 2. Workforce planning 3. Management Information packs 4. Board packs 5. Ad-hoc analysis

Vena supported the organization through the sales process and after implementation by offering free web-based training to all users, as well as offering access an extensive knowledge base and a support team which can answer ad-hoc questions. We also chose to procure additional Vena consultant time in order to build out specific reports / models for us, which were more complex that our other reports - this was very useful and offered good ROI.
Yes - Vena has enabled our organization to use financial data to make more agile or rapid business decisions. This was done by allowing drill-downs of data, visualisation and effective automation of standard reports. We're also excited to start using Vena's integration with PowerBI to allow for enhanced predictive analytics to compliment our existing forecasting process.
