Sales invoicing transactions for US sales/sellers use tax and Singapore GST using Oracle Cloud Order entry transactions using SAP Hybris Both order and sales systems point to the same Vertex Production environment

- Flexibility to handle all types of transactions, tax scenarios
- Reliable tax results
- When I want to use a particular feature or to learn more about a feature, it's difficult to find exact instructions - I guess I don't know how to search the various knowledge tools? Is there more than one place to look for assistance?
- Learning to fill in knowledge gaps - some things I know ad nauseum, but other things I don't know at all, such as flex fields.
- Compliance is much more precise
- Scalability
The Tax Dept was not given a choice - I believe it was implementation-cost driven
