Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

Lots of uses - how long is a piece of string... It's great for all parts of the sales process: prospecting, meeting summaries, proposal wrap-ups, etc. My favorite use is instructional videos - how to. When someone asks a question a video is much quicker and easier to send and digest
  • Ease of recording videos.
  • Ease of sharing videos.
  • Adaptability.
  • The way things are named - videos/players, etc can get a bit confusing.
  • Time savings over lengthy emails.
  • Engaging with prospects that won't otherwise engage.
Comparable products but I like the Vidyard integration with HubSpot.
Sales outreach, meeting summaries, proposal descriptions, instructional videos are all well suited to Vidyard. It's versatile and usually the only thing that will prevent a way of using it is the human element - people are sometimes less happy to be on camera.

Using Vidyard

20 - Sales, Marketing, Operations, Client Delivery - everyone uses vidyard for various different reasons. Outside the obvious prospecting and marketing we see a lot of use in answering client questions and creating learning resource for both internal and external use. Many of the team will now record a video instead of a text based email.
5 - Anyone with a basic understanding of technology can use vidyard, realistically requests for support are rare, but we have a number of power users who are there to help the rest of the team if it's needed

Great tool, easy to use and intuitive. Great support if required and integrates with HubSpot very nicely

I've not needed support so can't really comment, but anecdotally from colleagues, support is quick and helpful.

We have it integrated with HubSpot and G-Suite, very easy to set up and no problems.
