Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

Vidyard serves as a way for our AEs and BDs in the sales org to reach out to folks and show the human side of our business. It is used by both the Sales and Partner Success team to introduce ourselves and services to our customers. It addresses the issue of non-human interaction of email.

The Vidyard team was far more responsive that the Wistia team. This made it a no brainer.
Great tool for a new to the market tool. Sales orgs of any size can benefit from Vidyard. It allows you to introduce yourself, your service, and why you are reaching out.

Great support. Love Alan and Diana. They are always there for us. Sometimes the platform is a bit difficult to use but they are always highly supportive of us.

Integrating Vidyard

Pretty easy to set up but certainly still confusing with the folder system. It is also challenging to get CTAs in there. Seems like there are a lot of great features but it is hard to get them right.
