Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

We use Vidyard across the whole organisation to educate and entertain our audience with helpful, informative video content. That audience includes anyone from casual website visitors to prospects and existing customers looking to understand how to unlock the most value from our software.
  • Vidyard can be used by the whole organisation to create a consistently high standard of video content — no shadow IT here!
  • Vidyard integrates really easily with our main tech stack, HubSpot, so it's simple to include videos in our written content, send them out across social, or include in emails!
  • Because it's integrated, the video engagement data is right there in our platform. I can dive into an article's analytics and see at a glance how engaging and effective the video we've included in there is! (No need to switch between systems or log in and out of different places — ain't nobody got time for dat.)
  • Because there's so much functionality, it can be a little overwhelming when you first go behind the scenes. Anything to simplify this or make it more accessible to new users would be fab.
  • We've seen a huge increase in the effectiveness of our sales process as a result of using Vidyard. Outreach open rates more than doubled and the prospects who do progress always have positive things to say about the way we have communicated with them. They're impressed a the use of video to engage them and want the same!
We use HubSpot and integration couldn't be simpler. Everything is right there in our platform, so we can put the videos we've made wherever we want with a few clicks, and track their effectiveness with the same level of ease.
We've never had any problems getting in contact with the team at Vidyard to troubleshoot any issues or answer any questions.
We haven't used any! Vidyard was the first video tool I used when I joined the company and we've never had any reason to look elsewhere. (Should we be?!)
It's one thing to write an awesome piece of content. It's another to get eyes on it. Vidyard has proven superb at helping us to promote our written assets, improving blog views, time on page, and even conversions. These promos might introduce the article across social or they might feature the article's author giving a little background behind what they've written or highlighting a key point. They take no more than 30/45 seconds to watch, they're engaging, and it's a great way of using written and video content in collaboration to get the best of both.

We also use Vidyard to reach out to new prospects in the sales process. No more stuffy, unwelcome emails from complete strangers — watching the videos, our prospects feel like they're meeting our sales reps face to face. They're also quickly become used to receiving video communication from us, meaning the sales reps can use video throughout the process to nurture and advance them. It's human and it's personal, which we love.
