Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
We currently use Vidyard as a sales tool with prospective clients. It is a great tool to add a more personalized approach to client reach out. We send video messages to prospective clients as well as existing clients to create dialogue.

- Connection issues with reporting
- Salesforce not always linking correctly
- Tracking video opens has not always linked with Salesforce
- Too soon to tell
- Reporting issues
I have not evaluated a similar company to Vidyard.
