Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

We currently use Vidyard as a sales tool with prospective clients. It is a great tool to add a more personalized approach to client reach out. We send video messages to prospective clients as well as existing clients to create dialogue.

Pros

  • Good use of email exchanges

Cons

  • Connection issues with reporting
  • Salesforce not always linking correctly
  • Tracking video opens has not always linked with Salesforce
  • Too soon to tell
  • Reporting issues
Integration with our Salesforce has not been great. We have had an issue with the reporting consistency when integrated with our Salesforce database.
Support has been responsive, but connection issues have persisted.
I have not evaluated a similar company to Vidyard.
The world is moving to a more digital existence and this allows for a personal touch to be added to email communication. Vidyard has specifically helped with reach for our firm. It has allowed us when working properly to see how long someone watched the video to know how to follow-up with our client.
