Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
Vidyard is being used across our entire organization. We started using it for SDR outreach, marketing, and customer support. Now we use it internally to help out our colleagues as well. The biggest impact has been on the SDR and Support depts. It makes our cold emails/phone calls more personal, leading to deeper engagement and faster sales cycles. It has also helped reduce the support workload by scheduling fewer calls and simply answering questions with a quick video tutorial tailor-made to our customer's needs that they can watch at their convenience.
