Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
We have had a lot of issues with integrating the tool into Salesloft and also SalesHub. Often, there won't be an option to upload the video, and sometimes, the quality is compromised. We also had instances where emails would be sent without the video or would go straight to spam.
- The customer service is awesome. I always get ahold of our rep within an hour of contacting!
- Vidyard in itself is a genius idea and when running correctly, a great tool to have in a rep's arsenal!
- The people are great. -They spent countless hours working with our team!
- I feel the integration ability could be strengthened. We had a lot of looses ends.
- The tool could be a bit more user-friendly. Somewhat difficult to navigate/edit videos.
- I would start compiling use cases for different positions/industries that have been successful.
- It increased my open and click rates by about 5-10%
- On the other hand, a lot of times, the email failed to embed the video or the link didn't work. One time, I sent 300 emails out and this happened.
- I'd say my meeting rate/month increased by roughly 10%!
Vidyard could definitely take some things away from Pardot. Making the tool as easy to use as possible and also making the integration seamless is of paramount importance. I guess to simplify it, we never really have had issues with Pardot. It seemed like we were constantly on the phone and troubleshooting issues with Vidyard.
