Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Spectrum

We all use Viewpoint Spectrum--from the guy in the field to the CEO.
  • Accurate
  • Fast
  • I would like to see more keyboard shortcuts as I hate using the mouse.
  • I would like to have access to report writing.
I'm assuming Viewpoint Spectrum does support well. We have a go-to person in-house that we use if we have problems. If they feel the need to contact Viewpoint Spectrum, they will.
Integration was the awful part of Viewpoint Spectrum, but we hated the old system so much that we all said we will key-in everything if we have to. There was a lot of tweaking to get all of our the information into Viewpoint Spectrum. We spent lots of Saturdays and hired several temporary workers, but we got it working. I don't think this was a Viewpoint Spectrum issue. I think this just goes to show how crappy our old system was!
I wasn't part of the evaluation, but I did give input on what I thought of Viewpoint Spectrum before we bought it. I had used Timberline and Sage, before we got to Spectrum.
I really like how I can put search terms into Viewpoint Spectrum, so that I can locate material orders down the road.
