Overall Satisfaction with Vimeo Pro

Compared to other image hosting platforms, we like to use Vimeo Pro for internal videos since it has great quality, easy management and password protected videos.
  • Easy to administer.
  • Great video quality.
  • Good access controls.
  • Better navigation, sometimes I get lost.
  • Since it is specialized in its use, I would like to see innovative video content options.
  • Improve commenting and review options.
  • More external integrations.
  • Easy to communicate internal videos w/o email.
  • High-quality videos for product presentations.
  • Easy to manage a large number of videos.
Vimeo is best suited for internal video sharing and proofing as well as video storage for creatives, such as video editors and marketers. I think most organizations who need a simple, lightweight access-controlled video sharing platform should use Vimeo since it is easy enough to learn and implement.
Vimeo Pro is good for video storage and proofing for creatives, such as video editors and marketers. I particularly like it for access-controlled video sharing for internal product demonstrations and customer-facing demos. It is easy enough for the user in Product Management, Marketing Communication, and key Account Management who can seamlessly use it as administrators or as end users.
