Overall Satisfaction with Vista Social

We tried Vista Social to manage our social media account in one spot. While it does this, it doesn't do it any better than ANY OTHER option on the market.

Dishonest company. Their pricing is not competitive, just go with a bigger player in the market so you don't have to deal with a company that spends more time trying to nickel and dime their customers and change plans without notice. It is just not worth the headache. Usually I like to support up and coming companies but they've been around for 2 years with the same bugs and you might as well not even bother emailing them... they will not reply.

Pros

  • Manage multiple social media account posting
  • Respond to multiple social media inboxes in one spot
  • Monthly email updates to their software

Cons

  • Customer service will ghost you
  • Upholding their promises when they sell you on the product (they then change the deal)
  • Excelling in the space - they are run of the mill actually
  • Waste of time as we are moving to another provider
Will your account work tomorrow? You never know. Not worth the headache because if they decide to change the terms, you won't know until they do it and then they won't answer your emails.

We thought it would be cheaper long run. This is not the case. Do NOT go with Vista Social.

If you need bare minimum social media, this will work. But there lots of options for less or free that can do what this does. If you need anything advanced, or you don't want them to pull the rug out from under you, go with anyone else.
