Overall Satisfaction with VMware Skyline

We used VMware Skyline for getting automatic support for our environment from the VMware support team. It automatically generates the logs and support bundle and sends them to the support team for analysis and resolution of the potential issues of the Virtualization environment. The time of troubleshooting of the issue by the VMware support team is decreased as it proactively does the Job.

The compatibility with VMware products and the automatic log generation and support buddle sharing with VMware support team feature is unmatched. It is very efficient in proactive avoidance of major issues and it involves an engineering team from VMware support for resolutions. It is capable of generating logs seamlessly without any interruption in the production environment and provide detailed Health reports.

It is best suited for customers having premier support services and looking for faster remediation. The VCenter server and VSAN environment are covered in the VMware Skyline. The environments which are critical and run very secure applications and do not have access to internet connection on the Virtualization environment can not use the VMware skyline as it is unable to send the logs automatically to the VMware support team.
