Overall Satisfaction with VNC Connect
VNC Connect was being used to support other departments and remote users when IT support was required. Being able to view a user's screen in real-time was a huge advantage when troubleshooting a wide assortment of day to day problems. This would save time, money and the mental health of both parties.
- Remotely accessing workstations.
- It's lightweight and easy to navigate.
- Mobile access of other workstations allowed both parties to be away from the office and still get the IT support they needed.
- License requirements may not be ideal for some parties.
- VNC support hours aren't the best based on the requester's geographical location.

At the time of our switch to GoToAssist, we we seeking a solution that allowed admin access to workstations. GoToAssist met our requirements for this problem.
