Overall Satisfaction with VNC Connect
We used VNC Connect to remote access to some of our servers and workstations. It's a great tool for remote troubleshooting for my users.
- Simple and easy to deploy and use.
- I can have the remote users to show me their issue while I am looking at their screen remotely, just like I am sitting in front of them.
- Simple clean interface that is very easy to pick up and learn.
- Reliable, fast, and relatively easy to use.
- Very fast response, it connects to the VNC clients very fast.
- Push out client update from a central management server.
- VNC mobile app needs improvements, it crashes all the time.
- It save me a lot of time/money to not have to travel to remote offices for troubleshooting.
VNC is way faster and has more features than Chrome Remote Desktop.
