Overall Satisfaction with Wagepoint
Wagepoint is being used for our payroll processing in Canada. The system is pretty straightforward and easy to understand. We didn't need to hire a payroll assistant because of this payroll provider. They will process your payroll after confirming the usual requirements such as hours worked, add/remove new/old employees. They'll take care of the remittance and filing.

- Highly accurate in payroll processing
- Reports need to be improve. You cannot customize your preferred report. Thus, manual reporting happens at times. But you can't complain on the cost.
- Flexibility on late notice of payroll processing. Lowering additional fees could help us.
- Need to ask clients for feedback on the use of system.

- Time and effort is saved from filing remittances to relevant government bodies.

Wagepoint is more aligned with the Canadian payroll and relevant taxation. Their knowledge related to those really stood up against any payroll provider that offers a cheaper service yet of high quality results. Their customer support exceeded my expectations. They are very helpful and knowledgeable on the services that they provide.
