Our technicians use it to log into our systems while working remotely.
- Multiple ways of logging into your network using Authpoint with Push/QR/OTP.
- Great simplicity and ease of use.
- I can't think of any.
- WatchGuard AuthPoint is priced very nicely, allowing for a good margin of profit.
WatchGuard AuthPoint is my first MFA solution.
Correct. There is no hardware to deploy, so it has been very easy to set up and deploy to our clients.
Well, I'm not sure about "encouraged," but once setup, our clients' employees really don't have the option to log in without it. We've had an instance where one of our clients was working remotely and needed to log in, but had forgotten to charge their phone. We were able to log them in, but it was a reminder to them to keep their equipment up and ready.
It really does make life a little easier, without having to keep up with multiple sign-on passwords.
We have not had any issues with Support. WatchGuard in itself has always been very easy and very professional to work with.
