Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

We use it across the entire organization. Helps with preventing computer account hacking, email spoofing, phishing attacks.

Pros

  • App easy to install.
  • Many options to use.
  • Great support.
  • Intuitive.
  • Easy to administrate.

Cons

  • Can time out.
  • This one is difficult to measure: if even one ransomware attack is averted by using this product, that is the ROI in a nutshell.
  • Nuff said.
WatchGuard is much easier to use, and doesn't rely on SMS or email.
Simplicity is the key here. Using the app on a cell phone is so easy, and most people have their phones with them all the time.
We have over 200 users on this product and they all use the app. Users can install on their own and use it with ease.
Anytime one can reduce the number of passwords that a user needs to remember becomes a positive thing. Makes users happy
Rarely have any issues with this product. And if we do, WatchGuard is very responsive.

We have clients using VDI. WatchGuard AuthPoint is a perfect fit. I personally use it for all my multifactor needs. Nice to be able to use one phone app.
