Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

We currently use Watchguard AuthPoint to do multifactor validation of VPN access to our company users, we have a Watchguard Firewall
  • Fast multifactor validation
  • secure access platform
  • good integration with third-party software
  • Initial configuration somewhat difficult and not very intuitive to use
  • Positive: Better security access
  • Negative: Learn user tu use this tool
When we had the need to implement multi-factor access software, we went straight to WatchGuard AuthPoint as our previous experience with watchguard was so good that we didn't need to compare it to other similar software.
The main benefit is being able to manage the software from a web browser in a fast, agile and dynamic way. They are all advantages, also by integrating perfectly into mobile devices everything is much easier
It has been very well received by users since all of them have mobile devices and are familiar with technology and the management and installation of apps.
For them it has greatly simplified access, it is much faster and easier and the truth is that they are very happy with it.

Watchguard AuthPoint is an excellent multifactor validation software that integrates seamlessly with native Watchguard Software or Hardware but also works very well with third party software, we have also used it to double validate TeamViewer. A good scenario for its use is one in which you need to secure access to your infrastructure with multifactor access software, if you do not have it, it is a good choice
