How I used: I used We360.ai to measure my employees productivity and on basis of that make well informed decisions and create payroll of my employees. We360.ai’s dashboard also helped me to know what exactly is happening under my organization.

We360.ai has a very nice time tracker that is not so harassing as its competitors. It is better fit for development work. There are pretty good stats for time use and ideal time. These stats helped me a lot in increasing the productivity of my team. For instance, In an 8 hour working shift, if an employee has 3hr of ideal time, it is clear that that employee can utilize his/her time better. This is one of the many examples I can give how we360.ai’s features help my business.

Using We360.ai

We360.ai provides complete 24x7 support , so ultimately saving our time and money! Probably the best thing about them.
  • Punch-in / Punch-out rather than physical biometric system due to covid
  • helped me recruit remote teams rather than in office because now i am able to monitor their productivity which was not possible earlier
I think if We360.ai also offered mobile app , that would be great and I would definitely renew. rather than that , everything is perfect.

Yes - We replaced ActivTrak , since We360.ai offered a better cost effective and support system which ultimately helped us a lot.

Yes - I had a bug with integration with Asana as tasks were not coming properly , We360.ai looked into it and resolved it in 48 hours.
I remember when I was unable to get the desired result and my company was going in loss. Ultimately their team helped me recognise my weak points and provided solutions to help which got to me where I am today. i am ultimately happy and very lucky to be associated with them. Huge respect for the young team.
