For us, Webex has been an inclusive and intelligent video conferencing solution. With the pandemic and all that is going on, we have been able to make meetings more interactive and reliable. The software is feature-rich and most importantly has high-quality audio and video.

Pros and Cons

High quality audio.
Greater number of participants compared to other platforms.
Integrates well with other platforms.

Video quality is a bit behind the competition, especially in HD.
Meeting follow-ups need to be added.
A little more improvement on the user interface.

Return on Investment

It has made our communication obviously better.
It has improved our planning.
It has made our time management better.
