This solution is so user-friendly, I can share documents with co-workers and customers as needed with full encryption. I use this tool daily. This allows me to search for conversations, and search keywords in a conversation. I love the fact that I can collaborate with multiple people outside my organization without switching tenants.

Webex App allows us to communicate with multiple customers and companies without toggling between tenants to know if I have messages. I am not missing messages because I am in a different tenant.
