Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
It is used as a collaboration tool, for faster communication.
- Chats and signaling of it.
- Status of others' availability.
- Call capabilities like Webex call to customer and sharing content, if pstn call but customer is using Webex client, Webex should be capable of sharing content for that during call.
- Webex client cannot share content, if an ad-hoc conference with Webex client was done. All participants are using Webex and as softphone. During conference call no content share is possible. Webex has to be done.
- Webex over MRA is not supporting CTI applications (UCCX, Andtek, peterconnects) it is not officially supported, only via vpn connected client to cucm, this is odd, because customers are using citrix or mra only.
- Client cannot remember which audio device should be chosen on a priority list, like Cisco Jabber.
- Channels are not deleted after time. Like on time chat with Cisco TAC and I have to manually delete this chat/channel with him.
- Webex channel/chats can only be a favorite in list, but I cannot sort them in the list.
- Video starts without virtual background, like image was in a folder, where app could not get access. Video simple starts then without virtual background active. I would like to know if this is activated, otherwise no video should be granted.
- Threads in chat should be given a separate tab for being reviewed.
- Web based version cannot share screen.
- CTI compatibility.
- Stability, like proximitry had an issue.
